KATHY FRANTZ was born in 1962 in South Auckland to Hungarian refugee parents. Kathy is a poet, teacher, and life coach, and the proud mother of two adult children and three grandsons. A notebook resides beside her bed for midnight scribblings of poetry and copious lists. Motherland is her debut poetry collection and has been a labour of love for 43 years.
